SmartConX implemented this integration with Khoros and Tealium. In this integration customer is expecting to surface below Khoros events data into Tealium.

Bulkdata will be used to take care of some of the events and for some events Khoros real time subscriptions are used.

Features

Data Sync: The date will be pushed to Tealium based on the real time and Bulkdata events, Allowing data to flow seamlessly between source and target systems .

Customizable Data Mapping: Users should be able to define custom data mappings between fields in the source and target systems. This feature enables flexibility and ensures that data is correctly mapped and transformed during the synchronization process.

Incremental Data Updates: Pull connectors should support incremental data updates, where only the changes or updates since the last synchronization are pulled from the source system. This minimizes data transfer and processing overhead.

Real-time or Scheduled Sync: The connectors should support real-time data synchronization, where data changes in the source system are immediately pushed to the target system. Additionally, users should have the option to schedule data synchronization at predefined intervals.

Error Handling and Logging: The connectors should include robust error handling mechanisms to deal with data synchronization failures gracefully.
