A user's certification completion in Skilljar would trigger granting the corresponding badge on their Khoros profile
SmartConX implemented a webhook to connect Skilljar with Khoros so we can automatically grant Skilljar badges to the corresponding Community member's profile. By having the badges granted seamlessly, this will add to the cohesive experience for customers.
For instance, this connector utilizes the Khoros Rest API to grant the roles to the users from the Khoros community. The simlar badge which is associated with the certification/course in the Skilljar is created in Khoros community and set the rules as role based. So that once the role is constructed and assigend to the respective user the badge will authomatically assiged to the users.
