Translating content within an Eloqua system using the Lingotek Translation App. The process involves several key steps:
User Initialization:
- The user begins by logging in to set the languages they want to translate.
- The user then accesses the Configuration Page to specify the languages that should be displayed within Eloqua.
Workflow Selection and Language Retrieval:
- The system selects a relevant workflow.
- Once authenticated, the workflow retrieves the chosen languages.
Translation Initiation:
- The system selects the list of languages to be translated.
- Content is then pasted into the Lingotek Translation App.
- The Asset Translation Page (Connector) is used to initiate the translation process.
Translation and Content Posting
- The content is successfully translated.
- The translated content is posted to Lingotek.
- A target is added to Lingotek.
Translation Completion and Callback:
- The translation is marked as complete.
- A callback is triggered to request the translated content.
Downloading and Storing Translated Content:
- The translated content is downloaded.
- The downloaded content is posted back to Eloqua.
- The asset requested for translation is stored.
- The database is updated with the translated status.
- The selected languages are stored in the database.
