"Social Analytics for Lithium" by itD is a BigQuery solution template allow you to quickly and easily deploy enterprise ready Lithium social analytics dashboards and reports for your organization. These templates provide end to end solutions that can then be customized to meet your business needs, all within hours instead of weeks/months. Social Analytics for Lithium pulls historical and latest community boards, topics, posts and messages and pushes the data to GCP Server using Lithium connector in GCP functions, and the data will be processed in GCP Server for fast data query and easy access to BigQuery.

The “Social Analytics for Lithium” by itD solution template lets you gain insights about your community by looking at important metrics like total registered users, boards, topics, messages, solutions and kudos. The BigQuery Reports provide the community growth in terms of number of users, messages and solution overtime, and analyse board and category level issues and solutions of the product.

Everything is installed in user GCP subscription, so the user can create data mashups using additional data sources or customize the BigQuery reports to fit their own needs.

• Go back in history to do trend analysis to see your community growth.
• Data will be pulled from Lithium V2 API’s called LiQL and Bulkdata API in GCP functions using user credentials (ClientID, ClientSecret, TenentID and Refresh Token).
• Once the data refresh completes, the data will be available for BigQuery reports for viewing.
